Job summary

VizzaLights LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a seasoned Full-Charge Bookkeeper to build a solid financial foundation for a growing exterior lighting company. You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, document policies, and implement controls to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 5+ years of bookkeeping, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the CPA and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred.
• Full-Charge Bookkeeper experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and accounting software.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience developing or maintaining internal controls and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, GL, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
• Establish internal financial controls, approvals, and documentation standards.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, A/R, A/P reports and management dashboards.
• Assist ownership with budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and expense management.
• Develop job-costing systems to track materials, labor, and project costs.
