Job summary

RWT Corp. seeks a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities. You will handle AP/AR, banking, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close using QuickBooks Desktop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems; confidentiality and accuracy are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Accounting degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks required.
• Experience with ERP/accounting system integrations preferred; AccountMate and/or ECI is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll, sales tax, cash flow reporting, and month-end close preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research and resolve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and payroll information.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other departments.

RWT Corp. is comprised of three (3) business units - Welding Works, a custom fabrication shop that also offers support services such as manufacturing engineering, problem-solving, drafting and job documentation; Schaefer Machine Co. manufactures a full Iine of glue coating machinery, roll coating machines, and lamination equipment for industrial and commercial application; Potdevin Machine manufactures specialized devices such as glue spreaders, label pasters, and rotary press machines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for daily accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, banking, reconciliations, cash flow planning, payroll support, month-end close, sales tax, and financial reporting across multiple company entities.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
