Job summary

Woodwest Business Management is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support clients in the entertainment/sports industry (music/new media). The role focuses on day-to-day bookkeeping, A/P and A/R, and bank reconciliations, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Datafaction or Agilink is preferred, along with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, excellent written and verbal

We are currently looking for an Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist with our clients in the entertainment/sports industry (music/new media).

You will work closely with the team handling day-to-day bookkeeping functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, etc). Must have experience with Quickbooks, Datafaction or Agilink and have great communication and organizational skills. Position also requires great attention to detail.
