Job summary

Gaytan & Leevan, a CPA firm in West Los Angeles, seeks a skilled bookkeeper to grow with our team. This role requires extensive bookkeeping responsibilities including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance, along with preparing financial statements.

You will also handle Federal, State and local tax report filings, plus data entry and general office administration. Property management experience is a plus, and the role must be performed at the office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years bookkeeping experience.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Extensive bookkeeping: AR, AP, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare Federal, State and local tax reports and filings.
• Prepare various financial statements and perform routine accounting/administrative duties.
• Data entry and general office administration.

We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to grow with our team. We are a CPA firm in (West Los Angeles).

Position responsibilities

• Extensive bookkkeeping, including but not limited to, account receivables and payable, bank reconciliation, maintain and balance general ledger, Federal, State and local tax reports filings, prepare various financial statements and other general accounting/administrative duties. Property Management experience needed.
• 2-5 years' bookkeeping experience
• General office administrative experience and Data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well with others and independently knowledge of (Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks Desk top and online)
