Job summary

Family Resource Center of South Florida, Inc. is seeking a Full Case Manager Specialist in Miami to support the Full Case Management Unit.

The role involves administrative support, transportation of clients, and coordination of referrals and services. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; familiarity with the Full Case Management System and Child Welfare processes in Miami‑Dade is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Familiarity with the Full Case Management System and the Child Welfare Dependency System in Miami‑Dade County preferred.
• Familiarity with Child Welfare computer programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Full Case Management with referrals to the Clinical Department.
• Follow up with Clinical to link children/parents with services.
• Assist with tracking and scheduling medical, dental and medical management appointments.
• Follow up with providers to obtain treatment reports.
• Provides secretarial support to Unit (emails, scheduling appointments, copies, obtaining reports).
• Assist with transporting clients as a secondary function of the position.
