The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration, social work, or related field (Master’s preferred) with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual Creole is strongly preferred. Flexible hours and travel expectations apply.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, social work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (Creole strongly preferred).
• Excellent leadership and community involvement skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
