Job summary

IKEA USA in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Planner to optimize daily DC/CDC operations and end-to-end supply chain planning. You will plan inbound and outbound flows, register shipments, and align with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high fill rates.

• Achieve excellence in daily DC/CDC operations by planning outbound and inbound flows with a focus on the customer and the total supply chain.
• Plan inbound flow for efficient goods receiving and outbound flow for efficient picking and packing according to set lead time goals.
• Register and update shipments in yard management. Secure transport requirements, including documentation to fulfil daily.
• Translate short-term forecasts with operational capacity and find improvement potentials.
• Communicate and align with various stakeholders to ensure service to the customer.
• Analyze and continuously improve the end-to-end planning in the fulfilment unit. Troubleshoot planning deviations to secure on time delivery and fill rate.

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time, Westampton NJ: In-office

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes, however no relocation stipend.

HOURS - HL3 (34-40 hrs/wk)

SHIFT: First Shift, 5 days per week, Tues - SatTues to Fri 7am-3:30 pm, On Sat it would be 6-2:30 pm.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.92 - $30.97.
