Job summary

You will communicate results to the team and managers, complete shift hand-offs, and coordinate with support teams. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a fulfillment or distribution center.
• Knowledge of warehouse departments, processes, programs, and workflow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and problem resolution.
• Assign daily work and reassign team members to meet business priorities.
• Communicate department results, hourly goals, and progress to team members and operations managers.
• Complete safety observations, shift hand-off trackers, and other operational tasks.
• Coordinate with support teams and assist with shift meetings, communication boards, and end-of-shift duties.
