Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a single fulfillment site, driving operational excellence and a safety-first culture. You will inspire teams to align with company goals, develop future leaders, and ensure efficient end-to-end fulfillment.

The role emphasizes managing P&L, optimizing inventory, and partnering with field stakeholders to exceed quality and service standards. Strong regulatory compliance and people-focused leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass MVR.
• Experience with WMS software preferred (Koerber or equivalent).
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in service industries.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teams to surpass objectives by connecting them to company goals.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans.
• Maintain a safe, engaging workplace for associates and leaders.
• Execute fulfillment operations plans across business segments.
• Improve productivity and optimize inventory to reduce breakage.
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to improve end-to-end fulfillment.
• Oversee site P&L and communicate with leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure OSHA/CDL/DOT/MHE compliance within the site.
• Identify health and safety risks and train on best practices.
