1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment operations in Memphis. You will receive, process, pick, pack, and ship daily orders while maintaining stock integrity and a clean, safe workspace.

The role may require operating forklifts or pallet jacks and supervising temporary staff during peak weeks. We value a strong work ethic, basic math skills, and the ability to work in cold environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to count and record inventory.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Quality control mindset and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Positive attitude and respect for others.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures and on your feet.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Willingness to extend hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming freight and stock.
• Pick, fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock and materials.
• Build flower boxes in anticipation of orders.
• Operate power equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support temporary labor during peak holiday weeks.
• Work extended hours including nights and weekends during peaks.
