Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a warehouse associate in Tennessee to support daily order fulfillment. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping floral orders, while organizing stock and preparing materials for upcoming orders.

Responsibilities include building flower boxes, handling power equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising temporary staff during peak holiday weeks. Extended hours including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

1-800-Flowers.com is looking for a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment operations. This position is a crucial part of a team that fulfills daily flower and gift orders from our amazing customers each day. The warehouse associate will be responsible for performing a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to receiving/processing incoming freight, picking/fulfilling orders, and packing/shipping orders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete daily work responsibilities
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Hydrate inbound floral shipments
• Prepare, pack, scan, and ship customer orders
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock and other needed materials
• Build flower boxes in anticipation of future orders
• Utilizes power equipment as needed
• Maintains a clean work area
• Other various tasks as assigned
• Temporary labor supervision responsibility during peak holiday weeks
• Ability to work extended hours during peak holidays to include nights and weekends
