Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC in Tennessee is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily order fulfillment for flowers and gifts. You will receive and process freight, pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You must be able to work in cold environments, stand for long periods, and obtain forklift or pallet jack certification if needed. The role may require extended hours during peak holidays, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

This position is a crucial part of a team that fulfills daily flower and gift orders from our amazing customers each day. The warehouse associate will be responsible for performing a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to receiving/processing incoming freight, picking/fulfilling orders, and packing/shipping orders.

• Hydrate inbound floral shipments
• Prepare, pack, scan, and ship customer orders
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock and other needed materials
• Build flower boxes in anticipation of future orders
• Utilizes power equipment as needed
• Maintains a clean work area
• Other various tasks as assigned
• Temporary labor supervision responsibility during peak holiday weeks
• Ability to work extended hours during peak holidays to include nights and weekends
