Job summary

1-800-Flowers.com, INC is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily order fulfillment. You will receive and process freight, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments for delivery in a fast-paced environment in Tennessee.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing, and operating power equipment while maintaining safety and quality. Some periods require extended hours, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures and on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Receive/process incoming freight and fulfill orders.
• Pack/ship customer orders and prepare boxes.
• Maintain stock organization and retrieve materials.
• Build flower boxes for future orders.
• Operate power equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Oversee temporary labor during peak holiday weeks.
• Work extended hours during peak holidays (nights/weekends).

1-800-Flowers.com is looking for a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment operations. This position is a crucial part of a team that fulfills daily flower and gift orders from our amazing customers each day. The warehouse associate will be responsible for performing a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to receiving/processing incoming freight, picking/fulfilling orders, and packing/shipping orders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete daily work responsibilities
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Hydrate inbound floral shipments
• Prepare, pack, scan, and ship customer orders
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock and other needed materials
• Build flower boxes in anticipation of future orders
• Utilizes power equipment as needed
• Maintains a clean work area
• Other various tasks as assigned
• Temporary labor supervision responsibility during peak holiday weeks
• Ability to work extended hours during peak holidays to include nights and weekends

Requirements
