Job summary

Paxon North America, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Trainer to lead new hire, cross-training, and refresher programs in the Martinsville fulfillment center. You will deliver training aligned with HyperCare standards to ensure associates perform safely, accurately, and productively while meeting client needs.

You will maintain training documents, coordinate with leads, monitor progress, and provide feedback. This role requires strong computer skills and the physical ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Motivation to train and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy with ability to navigate training systems and documents.
• Visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners, and navigate the facility.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand Paxon's HyperCare requirements and training standards.
• Maintain training checklist and all training documents; report progress to supervisor.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for associates.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Provide continued training and feedback to leadership.
• Observe trainee performance and document concerns/ issues.
• Keep supervisor informed of daily training progress.
• Communicate expectations around core values, productivity and quality.
