The Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead will oversee fulfillment projects, coordinating requirements gathering, contracting, and go-live activities between operations, technology, vendors, and facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment.
• Extensive prescription fulfillment experience in most aspects of technical processing.
• Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing and its impact on fulfillment requirements.
• Hands-on prescription fulfillment and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment technology/pharmacy automation projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient and effective delivery of results.
• Develop timely and thorough development of requirements expressing the desired operational and quality impacts.
• Obtain organizational alignment and buy-in on fulfillment changes.
• Achieve each project’s ROI as expressed in budgets and project charters.
• Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources.
