Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles seeks a Fulfillment Support Supervisor to lead daily in-store fulfillment tasks and model high-quality picking and packing. You will ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time, and train colleagues in efficient processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld and computer technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide colleagues in picking and packing orders, including buy online pickup in store and same-day delivery.
• Model packing standards, provide feedback, and allocate tasks and resources to meet workload goals.
• Use workload projections to plan staffing and monitor fulfillment metrics, including fill rates, ship speed, and ready-on-time performance.
• Audit outgoing packages, maintain a clean and safe work area, and serve as the store expert on fulfillment technology and processes.
• Partner with store leaders, participate in workload planning, and develop training for selling colleagues.
