Bloomingdale’s Logistics and Fulfillment Professionals play a critical role in the daily operation of our store, delivering seamless execution of merchandise receiving, logistics, and fulfillment to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include packing, order fulfillment, and stock handling to support store performance. The role emphasizes speed, attention to detail, teamwork, and using technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the selling floor and provide support.
• Process new receipts and fulfill customer orders.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types.
• Apply packing policies to ensure every package arrives in excellent condition.
• Assist with various store logistics initiatives and markdowns as needed.
• Be proficient with technology and assist during big‑day events.
