Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to ensure smooth operation of merchandise receiving, logistics, and order fulfillment on the selling floor. You will pack, ship, and process receipts while maintaining accuracy and speed.

You’ll collaborate with teams to meet goals, adapt to changing priorities, and support stores during peak events. A strong attention to detail and customer focus will help drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers on the selling floor.
• Support and administer new receipt processing according to company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure packages arrive in excellent condition.
• Participate in all logistical initiatives including RTVs, CDTs, price changes, damages/salvages, etc.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology; support store during big-day events.
