Job summary

Bloomingdale's in New York seeks a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to ensure seamless merchandise receiving, packing, and order fulfillment per company standards. You will greet customers on the selling floor, process new receipts, pick items from floors and stock rooms, and support various logistics initiatives with speed and attention to detail.

This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with opportunities to work with modern technology in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Support and administer new receipt processing per company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure safe delivery of packages.
• Participate in completing logistical initiatives including returns, price changes, and damages handling.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology to support store operations.
