Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Lincoln, NE seeks an energetic Fulfillment Associate to support picking, staging, and order validation across all order types. You will respond to customer and associate questions, balance duties, and use the Orders App for pickups, installs, deliveries, and curbside orders.

The role requires powered equipment certification and a focus on inventory accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of computer experience (inputting data, etc.).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation.
• Respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities.
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types (Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside).
• Partner with Pro Sales to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are prepared and staged; resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Support inventory accuracy, compliance, and shrink reduction through audits and validation.
• Maintain safe, organized fulfillment areas and enforce safety standards.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and communication of fulfillment priorities; coordinate with leadership.
