Job summary

You will use the Orders App to fulfill all order types and partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead orders are prepared. Forklift/certifications and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months computer experience including input/output of data.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence in picking, staging, and order validation.
• Respond to questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance service, admin, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment duties.
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types.
• Collaborate with Pro Sales to prep Pro Call Ahead orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control through audits.
• Keep fulfillment areas safe, organized and compliant.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling and communication of priorities.
