Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time associate to contribute to accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

Responsibilities include picking and staging orders, using retail tech for inventory accuracy, and operating powered equipment while adhering to safety standards. A strong team player with basic computer and device skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
