Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry is hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator for our Distribution Center. The role leads daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and compliance with USDA/FDA standards.

You will train staff across receiving, storing, and order fulfillment, and use M3 ERP and SPS Commerce to manage inventory and shipments. Independent work with team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of Fulfillment operations experience or more.
• Strong data entry and general computer skills.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• EDI experience (SPS Commerce) preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Knowledge of picking methods and inventory rotation best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Troubleshoot order routing or system errors and escalate as needed.
• Forklift certification within 3 months (on-the-job training).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide clear daily direction and coaching to Order Fulfillment staff.
• Oversee training across warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and transportation.
• Support order processing and ensure on-time shipping with quality checks.
• Collaborate with DC Transportation, Carriers, and Customer Service.
• Maintain compliance with USDA/FDA and customer requirements.
• Monitor ERP system to investigate inventory discrepancies and prioritize orders.
