Job summary

CPFD in Ontario, CA is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order selection, and shipping. You will lead daily operations, assign workloads, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment in Dry, Chill/Perishable, and Freezer areas.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse, knowledge of WMS and PIT equipment, strong leadership and communication, and a commitment to OSHA and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience in shipping operations and coordinating teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily warehouse operations to ensure safe receiving, storage, selection, and shipping.
• Sets work assignments and schedules based on staffing and priorities.
• Maintains payroll accuracy and records for associates.
• Leads safety audits and promotes a safety-first culture.
