Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience and data entry.
• 6 months of retail tech experience with smartphones/tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety rules.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS processes.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
