Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain clean, safe staging areas and ensure accuracy in item selection.

You will operate certified equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck), uphold safety requirements, and contribute to inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS. Strong teamwork and customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer experience handling input, access, and data output.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time while keeping staging areas clean.
• Deliver quality service, validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; work with leadership on short picks.
• Complete admin tasks: audits, order follow-ups, locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Perform duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• Possibly be assigned other duties to support business needs.
