Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer or ticketing system.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; obtain if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; perform other duties as needed.
