Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience or more.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required or to be obtained).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, work with leadership on short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Contribute to a customer-first culture with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
