Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will use the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include operating powered equipment with proper certification, providing excellent service, and supporting inventory accuracy with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and locker management, reporting safety concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
