Job summary

Paxon is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist in Shepherdsville, KY. This general labor role reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor/Manager and handles vendor compliance duties, inventory knowledge, audits, and client VAS. Day shift with potential overtime, not remote. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and PTO.

Required is 1–2 years warehousing experience, good communication, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Training on procedures and cross-training in other processes are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or distribution operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
• Understand inventory to make sound decisions on order cancellations.
• Reconcile and report audit discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Work with Android RF devices for put away, replenishment, picking, and sorting.
