Job summary

Paxon is seeking an Operations Supervisor to establish KPIs, manage audits, and drive quality improvements across the warehouse. You will guide teams, oversee a temporary workforce, and ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor direct reports within the team.
• Manage temporary workforce and coordinate shift activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity per SOPs and regulations.
• Lead daily fulfillment operations and achieve production objectives.
• Provide information to Customer Service for inquiries and cases.
