Click here to learn more about Paxon. The Fulfillment Specialist position in a fulfillment center is a general labor position that reports to a Fulfillment Center Supervisor and/or Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Manhattan WMS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
• Understand inventory knowledge to make sound decisions on the cancellation of customer orders.
• Reconcile and report any audit discrepancies.
• Proactively seek out improvements in processes.
• Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics as assigned.
• Understand and work with Android equipment.
• Support and maintain the company quality management system and programs.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments daily.
• Assist in daily sanitation of assigned areas to ensure a safe production environment.
• Assist other FC team members as determined by FC management.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Work flexibly in a changing environment and procedures.
• Cross-training on other client and fulfillment processes.
• Train new hires as needed.
