The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent and willingness to work overtime, weekends when needed. Responsibilities include using RF scanners, maintaining 5S standards, and cross-training across warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Successful completion of a post-offer criminal background check.
• Must provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Willing and able to work overtime as required, may include weekends.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.
• Cross-training and rotation through various warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and equipment.
• Receiving & Put-Away: receive, unload, and store incoming products in the warehouse management system.
• Inventory Control: participate in cycle counts and audits; process returns per procedures.
• Material Handling: operate pallet jacks and conveyors to move freight and materials.
• Safety & Organization: maintain a safe, clean, organized work area following 5S and safety policies.
• General Duties: adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
