Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately in a fast-paced home improvement retailer environment.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, validating orders, operating powered equipment, maintaining safe staging areas, and partnering with leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order completion. You will use the Orders App and support audits, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly; the role

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
