Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. You will keep staging areas clean, organized, and safe while delivering excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates when needed.

Responsibilities include operating powered equipment with proper certification, maintaining inventory accuracy via the Orders App, completing audits, and reporting safety or theft

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (Bucketlift/Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).
• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and assist with audits.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
