Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for an associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety in mind. You will validate orders, assist customers, and connect them with the right associates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates
Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance
Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly
Aim to achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork
May be assigned other duties to support business needs
