Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Certification for powered equipment is required (obtain if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork to achieve daily duties.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
