Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and routing to the right associate.
Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
Maintain inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report theft or safety concerns.
Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication with teammates.
May perform additional duties to support the business.
