Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Albany, CA is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness in a safe workspace.

You will deliver top customer service by guiding shoppers to high quality items, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates. Powered equipment certification is required; benefit programs are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance and readiness tasks, including audits, order follow-ups and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
