Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience, including inputting or retrieving information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required; must be obtained if not already.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and safety reporting as needed.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
