Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Champaign, IL is seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety, keeping areas clean and organized.

You will operate powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) after certification, validate orders, assist customers, and maintain inventory accuracy using the Orders App. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting/searching/processing data)
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with proper certification and safety
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete audits, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs
