Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials in our California warehouse. You will load/unload, read schedules, sort items, and pick orders using an RF Gun, while leveraging WMS to manage inventory and outbound shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and ability to work overtime. We offer a gig in a fast-paced distribution environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 months of related experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform operations using standard U.S. units (currency, weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products within the warehouse or distribution center.
• Read schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins by size, type, color, or code.
• Convey materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Use RF Gun to locate and pick products for orders.
• Process orders in the WMS (inbound/outbound) and restock as needed.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or prepare for shipping.
• Enter and maintain inventory records in the computer.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Perform routine housekeeping and other duties as required.
