Job summary

HOWW Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, storing, picking and shipping materials. The role requires prior warehouse experience and forklift capability, and is suited to someone who stands for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working in a team setting. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1–3 years in warehousing or logistics

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Excellent communication in English; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate labeling, sorting, and placement of materials in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following safety protocols.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized by sweeping floors and arranging materials.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Unload materials from trucks and transport to storage areas using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Follow company policies regarding safety, security and quality standards.
