Job summary

Optimas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, packing and related warehouse tasks. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various warehouse activities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–5 years of warehouse experience. Forklift experience is preferred, and you will work with an ERP system and standard warehouse equipment to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive goods; input and sort items.
• Load and unload products; work with picking and packing.
• Prepare dispatch and shipping documents.
• Operate warehouse equipment to access high locations.
• Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies to supervisor.
