Job summary

GOAT Group in Fontana, CA is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to receive, store and distribute materials within our distribution center and help ensure on-time delivery to buyers worldwide. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse supporting our global marketplace.

As part of the Operations team, you will load/unload, read schedules, pick items with an RF Gun, and use WMS to process orders and restock the facility. This role offers hands-on duties with real impact on shipping millions of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with US units of currency, weight, volume and distance.
• Basic reading and following simple instructions.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product to and from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Sort materials on racks by size, type, color, or product code.
• Convey materials to storage or other designated areas in the warehouse.
• Use RF Gun to locate and pick products for orders.
• Process orders in WMS and maintain inventory records.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare parcels for shipping.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas.
