Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our fast-growing Operations team. You will help manage our inventory, assist with cycle counts, and ensure accurate storage and locations for on-hand products to improve fulfillment and order accuracy.

This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The position supports evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an inventory control setting – sneaker industry is a plus.
• Experience in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanisms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations team.
• Assist in cycle counting process for inventory compliance.
• Comply with company inventory product storage standards.
• Take responsibility for on hand products and their physical and systematic locations.
• Meet or exceed inventory goals for picking, shelving, and accuracy.
• Be a resource for inventory processes, products, and order status.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
