Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and on-time delivery, while keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.

The role requires operating powered equipment, maintaining safety, using the Orders App to support inventory accuracy, and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks; you will deliver excellent service with strong communication and teamwork, and may be assigned

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
