Job summary

Lowe's in Sulphur, LA is seeking a team member to pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires operating certified powered equipment and maintaining safety standards while delivering high-quality service.

You will use the Orders App, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has basic computer experience, retail tech familiarity, and willingness to obtain required forklift certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and with proper certification
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management with reporting of safety or theft concerns
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs
