Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and directing them to the right associate.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and assist with short picks and audits.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, including locker management and reporting issues.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
