Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate in New York to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with precision. You will deliver service by validating orders, guiding customers to solutions, and connecting them with the right associates when needed.

You will operate certified equipment and uphold safety standards while contributing to inventory accuracy and daily store operations. This role emphasizes teamwork and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and validating orders.
• Operate powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs.
